ONECARD FAQ’S
DO I NEED MY CARD INSERTED TO EARN POINTS?
Yes – your OneCard must be inserted in the machine during play. Points do not apply retroactively.
CAN I CASH OUT FREE PLAY DIRECTLY?
No. Free play must be cycled through the machine before any winnings are eligible to be cashed out.
IS THERE A DAILY LIMIT ON REDEMPTION?
Yes – $200 per day. Larger balances can be redeemed across multiple visits.
DOES MY CARD WORK AT ALL SRG LOCATIONS?
Yes – your OneCard works at John Cutter Tavern, Al’s Garage and all Rustic House locations.
HOW DO I RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS FROM ONECARD?
OneCard members who have opted into text communications will receive offers and promotions via text message. You can opt in at the time of enrollment or through a designated opt-in process. You can opt-out at any time simply by replying “STOP” upon receiving a a text from SRG. Opting out will not affect your OneCard membership or points balance.

OneTable is the food and beverage rewards program – it tracks dining spend and earns points redeemable for dollars off a future dining visit. They have separate sign-up processes, separate points structures, and separate benefits. Opting out of one program does not affect the other.
CAN I BE A MEMBER OF BOTH PROGRAMS?
Yes – and there is a benefit for doing so. OneTable members who also enroll in OneCard are eligible for an enhanced new-member offer. Each program operates independently; signing up for one does not automatically enroll you in the other, and opting out of one does not affect the other.
DO I RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS THROUGH THE SAME PHONE NUMBER FOR BOTH PROGRAMS?
No. OneCard and OneTable are separate programs and each sends text communications through its own dedicated number. If you are enrolled in both, you will receive texts from two different numbers – one for gaming promotions and one for dining offers.
